To meet the challenges of the present and the trends of the future in VET,the MOOC4ALL project is developing a flexible innovative social model for learning (SME), which allows successful learning and completion of courses in an online environment.

Educated as a social researcher I’m using a Human-Centered approach to understand how people behave and work together. In my earlier career, I worked for an IT company where I was part of the development team, helping them to define user needs and to improve products through prototyping and testing.
CONTEXT Today, the world and work are changing fundamentally. Crises (deepening, such as the current one), new technologies, globalization and an aging population have a profound impact on the type and quality of jobs available and the range of skills required. Currently, about half of the EU population acquires their first job skills through VET. In the past, VET took place mainly at school or in a craft workshop and provided skilled workers for crafts and industry. Modern VET is implemented in many different forms and offers qualifications for many other sectors (among which the most popular is the services sector). Combined forms of education prevail, including general education and vocational training. The current focus in VET development is on training staff to meet the challenges posed by the transition from the Industrial to the Digital Age. In order to meet the challenges of the present and the trends of the future in VET, the project partners created the MOOC4ALL project. This is a FLEXIBLE INNOVATIVE SOCIAL LEARNING MODEL (SML) that allows learners fun and effective group learning. SML GUARANTEES completion of online courses up to 98%.

By developing a practical tool – Social Model for Learning (SML). 2. Partner organizations – we create capacity through networking, know-how and training of employees.
The development of a practical tool – Social Model for Learning (SML) providing effective digital, open and innovative learning. SML is an innovative approach involving digital technologies for teaching and learning, as set out in the Digital Education Action Plan. – Increasing the competence of employees and teachers in PO and associated partners through a model allowing the integration of online content and courses, incl. qualification of staff. We create systematic approaches and opportunities for initial and continuous professional development of teachers, instructors and VET mentors.
